SmartSaver Energy (ABN 91 640 924 830) ships orders from within Australia.
Where we ship
We currently deliver within Australia only. All of our products are Australian versions, including Australian plugs where applicable, and are intended for use in Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Dispatch times
In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If any item in your order is delayed, we will let you know by email.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $11.00, or free on orders of $100.00 or more
- Express shipping: $15.00
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Delivery times after dispatch depend on your location and the delivery service chosen; regional and remote areas can take longer. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a confirmation with tracking details where available.
Damaged, lost or incorrect deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, has not arrived within a reasonable time, or contains the wrong item, please email support@smartsaverenergy.com.au with your order number. We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. See our Refund and Returns Policy for more information.
