1. What personal information we collect

Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number and delivery and billing addresses.
Order information, such as products purchased, order history, and payment confirmation details (we do not store full card numbers).
Communications you send us, such as emails, enquiries, warranty and return requests.
Technical and usage information, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Marketing preferences, if you subscribe to our newsletter.

You may browse our website without identifying yourself, but we need certain information to process orders. We do not intentionally collect sensitive information.

2. How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you when you place an order, create an account, subscribe, or contact us, and automatically when you use our website. We may also receive information from our service providers, such as payment processors and delivery carriers.

our e-commerce platform provider (Shopify) and its service providers, which host our store and process orders;

delivery carriers;

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers, including Shopify, store or process information outside Australia, including in Canada, the United States and other countries where they or their sub-processors operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information consistently with the APPs.
